This clinic has offered my friend a refund for a procedure gone wrong that resulted in scars to her face, however upon her calling the clinic they have ignored her calls for multiple weeks and refused to follow up on a $195 refund. Be wary with their extractions as they may leave scars. Please give my friend her refund so she can move on with this ordeal. She is still so upset regarding the scars on her cheek.

Ive been visiting The Clear Skin Clinic since 2021 for problems with acne, congestion and skin texture. During my last visit, a technician left permanent scarring on my face with improper extraction techniques. Multiple spots she extracted has inflamed, leaving permanent scarring. My self esteem and trust with skincare clinics has been severely damaged. The owner removed my last review and has ghosted me after requesting a refund.
