Just the worst not only did the always put me off and get no results they try to still bill me for it despite being pro bono I would not recommend using this firm and regret using it myself

Update: I missed a call from Atty Vaughn Clauson this Saturday and followed up with an email from him stating he missed my call but would like to speak with me about my experience with his firm and he will call back Monday (today).
