I had recently had trouble with a ticket with multiple traffic points. Elisa was extremely helpful! When I reached out to her she was very professional and clearly explained what I needed to do. After the fact she was very accesible to any questions/concerns I had before the lead up to the hearing. I highly recommend her as she is very courteous and helps put you at ease, on top of the fact that won the hearing. 10/10!!!!!

Had a great experience with Elisa and the Claro Law Firm. Got a ticket while I was passing through New York on my way to Virginia. Instead of going through the hassle of having to go back to NY, the Claro team was able to take care of everything without any wasted time on my part. Best of all, she was able to get all the points removed from the ticket and everything was reduced to a fine. 10/10 experience and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
I reached out to the Claro firm on someone else’s behalf to consult with Elise about a DMV problem both old and new.
