Our Manhattan Condo was flooded last July and we were travelling. A friend gave me Claims Company's number and Michael's name. While we were away Michael was here doing a survey of damage. When we returned Michael met us and did a walk through with us to learn more about the apartment and what he might have missed. He presented our claim and faced a fair amount of delay and arguments from the insurance company adjuster. He kept us routinely updated on his ongoing negotiations. A man dies and goes to heaven where he is greeted at pearly gates by St. Peter. As they walk through heaven, they see a man doing an incredible presentation on maximizing insurance claims. The deceased man says to St. Peter, “Who’s that?” St. Peter replies, “oh, that’s God; he thinks he’s Nick Boyce.”
