My father in law is a resident there. The quality of the food is a huge drawback to what otherwise is a nice facility. All complaints have been ignored.
They have gone through many changes, including multiple directors..the facility is beautiful ,,...but is very poorly managed. The meals are poorly prepared. The food provided is likely the low end of food provided. ...please ask regarding meals provided what is the level of resources from the distributer that is utilized. There should also be a proactive approach to activities and engaging the people that stay there. More training is needed in all areas. My father is a resident at The Claiborne and while there he has experienced some Highs and some Lows. One of the High points is that it has some Great staff members who are led by an Exceptional Director name Jeremiah. My dad has high standards and can be very tricky to manage but Jeremiah has done such a Phenomenal job coming up with ways to help redirect my dad, which has led to an overall Postive outcome with my dad's daily living experience. The director Jeremiah is phenomenal. He always goes over and beyond to make sure my dad is ok. He makes my dad feel like he is VIP. I love to see how my dad lights up when he sees him. Any concerns I have he always addresses it immediately it doesn't matter how small or big. Jeremiah is truly an asset to Claiborne and my family. I am so glad he is there to help my dad and I. Also my favorite nurse is Ofa. I love them both. With both of them at Claiborne it gives me peace that my dad will be taking great care of in his assist... read more
