Entire facility is very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Treated guests as if they were family as soon as we walked through the door. Can't say enough good things about The Claiborne.

My father, our company founder, had the distinct pleasure of being a resident here for assisted living. Our family is forever grateful for the wonderful staff at The Claiborne. I would like to enlighten ALL, regarding the amazing STAFF @ this location. Each staff member serves a position obviously, BUT their purpose are in the details within each role they carry. They are personal with each individual with the intentions of being GREAT! Beginning with Lillian’s greetings, & “have a wonderful day”. Alexa, answering the most delicate questions for a loved one. Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about The Claiborne at Newnan Lakes, especially the Memory Care team. From the moment my mother became a resident, she was treated with kindness, dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. The caregivers went above and beyond every day to ensure she was comfortable, cared for, and loved. They not only cared for her physical needs but also took the time to get to know her as a person. This is a beautiful facility with a very warm and welcoming staff to take care of literally all of your needs under one roof. A BIG shout out to Annette Smith, Nicole and Alexa for walking me through the onboarding process for my mother. Annette went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed, as well as contacting a Physician’s office to advise of service needed for my mother. Priceless!
