This was a fast and painless process. All questions were quickly answered and through out the process there was clear communications and explanations of what each step was and frequent status updates.
Caleb and his team were helpful but very pushy. This was our first ever home purchase, so we are not familar with the process. The week of our wedding, Caleb's team strongly pushed us to decide on our insurance provider. The person he recommended only gave us two options, with one package being $5000 a year in just home insurance and the other being a bundle package.
