Good prices for vape products. Also love their hours of operation. They are one of the only vape stores in the area that opens at 8am. All the other vape stores are open at like 10am or 11am! My day is half over by then! I want to do my shopping in the morning. Before 10am.
Very impressed with the staff! I went in there, knowing nothing, having no idea what I needed, and one question was all it took to find what I was looking for. Beyond that, when I needed a little more information, the attendant, that was helping me, guided me to the ideal purchase that fit my needs nicely. Sidenote: she was just back from some time away, and she was back in the groove in no time flat!
Bought a Fifty Bar Vape on the way back to Boston and it worked for about an hour. After which which it gave a 23 on the screen and stopped working. I called the store (bc I was already back in Boston and wouldn’t be able to bring it back until the following week) to which the woman (who said she was management). A note was to be taken for when I came in the next week but when I was just there they said bc I didn’t physically come back that day they couldn’t do anything and no note was left (even though I called).
