They send you a bill with no units (gallons, cubic feet, ?) in the mail with an envelope to send it back. They tell you to allow 3-7 days for delivery. My most recent bill was due on 1/16 (the day after the MLK Day holiday). I had my bank mail payment on 1/5 with an expected arrival of 1/11. They send a reminder two days before it is due (Sunday, they are closed). Monday city offices are closed for MLK Day. Tuesday city offices are closed due to weather. Every time I get used to a payment system that works for me, the City decides to change it! I was paying with an E- check directly from my bank to avoid their service charge. It appears that is no longer an option. Tried to contact any "Human" to find out about this and got the automated run around!! The website told me my E-mail address was not valid! The city of kingsville utility department are the worse i came 2 time to try and turn on my water and both times i couldn't everytime i came i was told something else i need just different things
