I’ve been trying to reach this office for days with no success. The phone line is constantly unavailable, and I can never get through. I also came to the office several times — it was closed every time. There is simply no way to contact anyone here. Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. I’ve been working with attorney Inna Shapovalov for over a year, and unfortunately, nothing has been done on my case. She stopped responding to emails and calls completely, and I never received any updates or proof that my petition was actually filed. This was a total waste of time, money, and trust.
