They promised to call me back, but no one ever did. Very poor communication and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this place.

I am extremely disappointed with this law firm’s work. Communication is practically nonexistent—it’s hard to get through on the phone, and they rarely answer questions, and when they do, their responses lack specifics. They took the money quickly, but there was never any real result. It seemed as though, once payment was made, their interest in the case simply vanished. I do not recommend them if transparency, feedback, and effectiveness are important to you.
