The guy who was the teller was extremely rude and short with his attitude, didn’t ask for my ID when with-drawling money, his response when asked why he didn’t check my ID for fraud was, your a Ginger with dimples… great way to have your money stolen. I think I’ll have my twin brother come in and get my money for me. Will never be banking with them again. Went to the bank that I always go to and they got my problem fixed immediately. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at any bank.
Can't even get a full sentence in before you get cut off. Can't assume the reason for my call before i even ask the question. My wife had also had issues with a person she was talking with being kind of rude to her as well
Great customer service and great hours. Friendly staff that is available for any thing
