Totally surprised with my experience at this branch as my husband and I have banked with the citizens for almost a decade now && never have I dealt with such disrespectful, unprofessionalism as I did with this branch manager. She doesn’t deserve to be a “leader” for The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia. She’s a disgrace and I’m sure the reason they have such a high turn over.
