CustomerServiceExperts! The Citizens Bank in Beverly is the most wonderful bank I have ever had the pleasure of using. Everyone is so friendly and treats me like a real person, calling me by name instead of just an account number. I have used them for years for Checking and Savings Accounts and they even helped me out when I had some trouble with a personal loan when no other bank would. They truely are a "Community" Bank.
