This bank has been great for years with excellent service. However a recent situation has really tarnished those relationships. I deposited a large check from an insurance company after an at work job injury and after sending me a notice the deposit was accepted, someone in some pinhead department decided to put a hold on the funds. I find this out today not because of an email sent to inform me nor because of a phone call. I called after waiting the funds to become available.
