I like the app but sometimes you can’t access it and you have to call the bank to have it fixed. But, only during the hours that they are open. So on weekends, you have to wait. They are getting better though.
They are very helpful and courteous and professional and friendly.
Y’all need to update y’all hours
I’ve had over 5 new cards with this bank and money always missing off my card! And they can never tell me where it has went to! And now I can’t even get my OWN money off my own card or out of my own bank account!
