Ordered an in stock duvet over a month ago and it has yet to arrive and tracking information has remained the same. I called the store and they said they would handle it and never called me back. There's no contact number other than an automated line. A poorly managed business with zero customer service .

We ordered a rug which on the website had a 5-8 day shipment. Instead the company lied and agreed to refund 2-months later. The representative then failed to refund and we're escalating with our credit card. Disgusting service. Do not order from them they'll steal your money.

This review is about "corporate" and not a store. I ordered a comforter made in Portugal...(hard to find). The only gray was essentially black (charcoal). About 5 minutes after I ordered online the order came through and I noticed it said emerald. One minute later I called the phone number where they basically said their is no phone customer service. Wow, I really wish we had read the reviews before ordering. We follow “The Cut” and they gave a flattering review, and since they are usually a good barometer of quality, we invested in a nice bedding set to give this brand a try. Unfortunately it seems we’ve had a similar experience to others who have posted here. We like the look and feel, but our bedding set took months to arrive (piecemeal). paid almost $300 for a blanket that was advertised as French linen. I get it in the mail and the tag says 100% polyester stuffing. I don't recall seeing polyester listed on the website, the whole point of buying a linen blanket was to not have polyester. The blanket is so hot, not breathable, it's like sleeping with a plastic garbage bag. I hate polyester blankets I'm so disappointed.
