The brand has severely declined. Their customer service is terrible, shipping costs are outrageous, and they seem indifferent to customer needs with a dose of attitude and can’t be bothered. I've had orders canceled despite them advertising items as “In Stock—ready to ship.” I won’t be shopping here anymore. This review pertains to their online store, not the NYC location, but I hope the company can acknowledge and address their significant issues following the merger with Havenly. It was a major misstep.
In case anyone is considering their bedding, this is how their $500 linen sheet sets hold up. But because it’s been “more than 12 months” all they will offer me is 15% my next purchase . No thanks. My Costco sheets are $40 and last decades. Buyer beware of this scam!
Would leave 0 stars if I could. They haven't responded to my last email in 7 days. They don't accept phone calls. They refuse to cancel orders. Terribly run.
The worst customer service experience I've ever had - months of delays, stringing along, poor responsiveness and no phone line. We ordered a rug in mid-December that was in stock, found out >6 weeks later (after a ton of following up) that we weren't getting it, ordered another in-stock rug (with only a 10% discount for that 'inconvenience'), waited weeks and the same thing happened. Tried to order from this company. Placed the order a month ago. Still has not shipped. Email them five time: no response. There is no number to call either. Generally, ann awful experience.
