Customer service is not good.. you have to call and send multiple emails and hope they’ll eventually respond. I ordered a duvet cover in September 2025…. It has now been 6 months and I still haven’t received it. I called, no answer. I emailed back in early November. And they said it would come in late November… I still haven’t received it. A scam. Awful company. Ordered towels in October 2025 with delivery in December. Never got them. The regular excuse is a warehouse transition. Bot replies to all emails. Do not buy anything there!
I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. I haven’t received any updates on my order since placing the order. I have emailed twice with no response. The phone number they provide is a recording telling you to email and then disconnects. No chance to speak to anyone. “Smoke and mirror” kind of company.
Delivery estimates and expedited delivery promises are patently false. I was estimated 9 business days max, we haven’t even received a notice that it’s been shipped or moved nearly a month later. Don’t order from this brand.
I placed an order with The Citizenry on November 18th 2025 for an Eco-Friendly Rug Pad with a stated delivery window of two weeks. The delivery date was pushed back multiple times over the next several months. After nearly five months of delays, I was informed that due to an “inventory discrepancy,” the item could not be fulfilled and my order was refunded. It is February 22 2026 now.
