I just moved to the Cimarron Townhomes in December of 2025 and I am just loving it. I had a couple of maintenance requests in the beginning and they were taken care of promptly. The community is quiet and well taken care of. The property management team are kind and responsive with my occasional questions/requests. The units are new and modern and so cozy. I am very happy I made the decision to move here!
I have been a resident of Cimmaron Townhomes for 4 yrs. I enjoy living here, it is well maintained, quiet and the management replies very quickly to any concerns I have expressed. As with any other complex there have been tenants who demonstrated that they are not able to follow the basic common curtesy rules that need to be in place and management has taken care of any complaint's swiftly. I appreciate the quick response if I have a maintenance issue as well. Thank you to Baylee and the whole team
Do not recommend renting from here.
