Steve Sallada and his assistants are outstanding physical therapists. Steve was empathic, understanding, knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. I improved immensely under his care. The office staff are welcoming and friendly. Very little wait time. Wonderful overall experience!
Can’t say enough good things about out patient therapy . Starting with front desk, they called me by name as soon as I walked in . Did not hesitate to check me in and bring my receipt to me. And as far as therapy goes I had an excellent therapist in Steve. He pushed me to get the best results . So personable and caring . I saw this with other patients he had also. I have been to other places for therapy and nothing compares to Christ
I never got a chance to get an appointment and I am a post-op patient. They never call back and when I did get through to them they kept claiming they never received my referral (all 4 times). My doctor sent the referral multiple times and even spoke with them and they confirmed they had the referral. We even confirmed we were contacting the same place and the phone numbers. I lost confidence in their ability to care for me when I realized they couldn't get their paperwork in order. I elected to go to another facility. I don... read more
Do not recommend!!! None of my visits were covered by insurance after being led to believe they were. They upcharged me on visits/treatments leaving me with $1000 bill for 5 visits. They wouldn't negotiate with me considering this ended up being an out of pocket cost. I could've learned all my exercises in 1 visit and been done. They also coded my visits with more expensive codes which wouldn't have mattered as much if it was just a copay.
My therapist is awesome and would give her 5 stars . The nightmare is parking as there has been no handicap parking available on my first 2 visits and the walk from the valet door is 1.2 miles round trip which can be a challenge when non weight bearing on crutches ! There were 2 wheelchairs by the door on one visit that I could use . I am fortunate to have a driver to drop me off at the door , but they are not always available. I will be switching to another location as I can drive myself .
