The SoundBath experience at Choice Wellness today exceeded my expectations! I started going to chair yoga in May of 2024. I joined as part of my maintenance of physical therapy for my neck and back but it also helps to continue to help my balance and strength issues. Yoga also helps to balance me as a person as I help care for my elderly parents and they need me to be at my best in order to help them. I recommend this for anyone that needs that extra something in their life to help with some health issues, especially joint pain. I began attending chair yoga classes at Choice Wellness back in September 2023 as part of my rehab as a result of a hip replacement revision. I had also recently retired and was trying to find my way into this new phase of life. I found the chair yoga to be both challenging and rewarding.
