We were in town from Calgary for a tournament, and we came into the shop just to kill some time, and I'm glad we did! We were greeted right away and made to feel entirely welcome. We ended up talking to 3 different staff members when we were there, and they were all incredibly friendly, seemed genuine when they were talking to my 15 year old son, and even though he's a beginner, made him feel entirely welcome and like he belonged there. Ordering products online seems to be more difficult than I think should be. Merchant doesn't use shopify at checkout which limits payment options. Would love to have purchased some gear but couldn't finish checkout with the only payment option being credit card. In store could be a better experience but unfortunately I don't have that as an option. Shopify for easy checkout is the only way I could buy from you.
