My new favourite place to go shopping. Ordered a new board and bindings and couldn’t be any happier. My experience shopping here was fantastic. I ordered online and the choice team members reached out to me to confirm the size of board was accurate with my weight and the type of terrain I snowboard on. Cool store with a really nice selection. The person helping me (I think her name was Colette?) was great. Very patient, helpful, and easy to deal with. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and not rushed. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Cranbrook.
Just got my Burton jacket order and it came with a handwritten note which was a super sweet gesture! This is a gift for my husband and I’m sure he will love it!
