It was the worst experience I ever had. I just wanted to have a consultation regarding a small claim but he always asked how much I can pay and he seems not to be interested in my situation at all. Never go this terrible and greedy place.
A family member had a consultation that cost $200, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. They felt that the attorney was dismissive. Instead, they left feeling judged and discouraged at a time when they were already dealing with a difficult personal matter. I believe consultations should be informative and respectful, especially for clients seeking guidance during stressful situations. Based on their experience, I would not recommend this firm to someone looking for a supportive and understanding approach.
Trying to find an attorney that speaks fluent English/Korean and who specializes in Special Needs Trust is most challenging. Was calling each law firm via a Google search list and connected with Benjamin Choi. Although he doesn't work on Special Needs Trusts, he was kind to take time to refer me to a few other attorneys.
