This has been the second year in a row that I went to the chocolate tree and was disappointed two years in a row staff is rude shelves are empty very disappointing
If I could NOT give a star I would! We have been visiting the chocolate tree for over 40 years! Last weekend I brought a group of girlfriends that visited for the first time and this weekend I brought my family as we always do when we are in town, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement!!! Disappointed is an understatement. We’ve been coming to the Chocolate Tree for literally almost 30 years. It’s been a constant treat from when I was little to now sharing the tradition with my own kid. The service has gone downhill completely, rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, untrained people working and a whole group standing around. Then what we got was incorrect on top of that, not because they grabbed the wrong thing, we watched them grab it, but it must have been stocked incorrectly from the beginning. One of the younger women working here was unnecessarily rude to my wife when she had asked a question about a product. It's a shame because I came here specifically as it was mentioned in a travel blog, but based on recent reviews it seems as if they've gone downhill.
