This review is with the product, not the store. I bought a Chilewich door mat for $125. It was a bit of a splurge, but the company gets good reviews, and I figured I would use it for years. The mat was fine for a year, but then one day when I tried to lift it up to vacuum, the latex backing was stuck to the floor. It took me an hour to gently scrape it off without damaging the floor.
