Unfortunately this location is closing by the end of January
I will not be going back to this location anymore. The employees are nasty and rude. And the place smells. They aren’t accommodating at all. I rather go to other locations where they are nicer and greet you.
I came to make a return with an expired receipt, and found out that they do not do store credit like most other large stores. They only do a “final sale even exchange” and don’t grant the price I paid, they grant the current price now, which is significantly less. I understand the policy (benefits the store), but feel it is not good customer service practice.
