I had a very disappointing experience at the Altoona location. When I walked in with my children, the employees simply stared at us and did not greet us, even though the store was empty. I continued shopping and had several items I intended to purchase, but no one offered assistance or acknowledged us. Shortly after, another customer walked in and was immediately greeted, offered help, and treated with kindness. Went to this location yesterday for Easter pajamas and ended up with some good deals on kids tshirts. Upon walking in 2 ladies that work there were standing behind the counter talking, not one of them paid any attention to me walking in, I was the only one in the store. When I went to check out, they were on a laptop figuring out a new store set up, didn’t acknowledge me at all. Finally one girl said go take care of her and we will discuss later. Not one hi!!! I called the store because I hadn’t received a notification that my order was ready to pick up. Store manager (she wouldn’t give her name) was rude and confrontational. She eventually told me to shut up and hung up on me. Apparently the order had been canceled. She hung up without telling me how to get my money back.
Nice selection of clothes at a good price. Service can be terrible. Young lady today was very unfriendly and even cold. Was wearing a very short shirt and could see her stomach and underwear. Not a pleasant visit! Ha
I called and spoke to Bobbi on the phone about exchanging a coat I purchased online for a different color. I told her it said online that they have the coat in stock. Bobbi informed me even though they have the coat in stock, if it is not already out on the floor, she will not exchange it for me. I tried asking some questions and she hung up on me.
