I was in the store four times for the ‘24 Christmas season. One employee is totally worthless with their attitude and mouth (each time I shopped). Gave my receipt along with all gift receipts to someone to make a return and they would only refund to my charge card which is totally not what I was told when purchasing. The individual should have received price paid in cash or merchandise credit. I will never go to Jordan Creek, WDM Children’s Place again. You can keep your worthless points too.
The store in my area closed years ago so I decided to place an order on line for my granddaughters. The clothes is cute, sizes in my opinion run small. The return process is awful. Most companies have free return shipping but childrens place does not offer this service. Read the return policy carefully before ordering. If you do decide to pay for the return make sure to send packaging receipt or print a receipt to include with the return. I wouldn't recommend online purchase.
I LOVE Children’s Place clothing for my boys so when I had an option to order online with pick-up in store I decided to try it out. UNIMPRESSED! In the email from the company, it explicitly states to have your ID and confirmation number available to show. I was asked for neither. Upon my prompting if proof of purchase was needed from me I was told “No. What is the name on the order?” Next, I was told I would be signing receipts for the order pick up….. NO problem. Place was a mess, workers on their phones, never looked up or greeted. One had her whole stomach out on display which I found inappropriate as it’s a children’s store, not a bar.
Toxic staff work environment staff attitude. Doesn't ring in and make sure proper discounts are applied. Doesn't return items correctly to get your money back.
