I called the store because I hadn’t received a notification that my order was ready to pick up. Store manager (she wouldn’t give her name) was rude and confrontational. She eventually told me to shut up and hung up on me. Apparently the order had been canceled. She hung up without telling me how to get my money back.
Nice selection of clothes at a good price. Service can be terrible. Young lady today was very unfriendly and even cold. Was wearing a very short shirt and could see her stomach and underwear. Not a pleasant visit! Ha
I called and spoke to Bobbi on the phone about exchanging a coat I purchased online for a different color. I told her it said online that they have the coat in stock. Bobbi informed me even though they have the coat in stock, if it is not already out on the floor, she will not exchange it for me. I tried asking some questions and she hung up on me. Cashier was super rude, I was not greeted when I came in and store was super messy
The cashier was rude, she had a face like she don’t want to be there, zero customer service. Her tone was rude, she was talking on the phone didn’t even ask me to sign a receipt just handed it to me and didn’t say or asked if anything was needed. If she doesn’t want to work there find a new job. I think it’s unprofessional to be on the phone while assisting a customer. I felt as if i was wasting her time. Will stop shopping here.
