Customer service was lacking during my visit. I was not acknowledged upon entering, while another customer was greeted right away. Staff appeared more focused on conversation than assisting customers.
I visited this place today and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. From the moment I entered the store, there was no welcoming behavior from the staff. The two ladies working there did not greet me or acknowledge my presence, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and uninviting , while they did to others . Alexia was very kind and helped me find the perfect gift for my niece. Leah assisted me at the register and was also super nice.
Came in the afternoon during my lunch time to pick out a cute outfit for my daughter. i was assisted by the lovely Alexia! super approachable and helped me pick out the cutest outfit for my daughter. definitely recommend coming to the store and ask for Alexia. definitely knowledgeable and knows style.
