Recently ordered over 100$ worth of clothes from The children’s place, and when I placed the order they were doing free bucks. Well when I got my order done it took them two weeks to get it to me, and they won’t issue me any of the children’s place cash for spending what I did. I also have called them numerous times, and I can’t ever get anyone on the phone. They always have an automated line and it never rings me to speak with an agent, and also I have contacted them via email 3 times and have never been contacted back! So ... read more
The Children's Place has been my saving grace for clothes for my three daughters, but my latest experience makes me never want to shop here again. I ordered some items on April 14, 2020. I received 4 of 9 items yesterday, the 25th. The rest of my order from the same day is "processing." I placed a second order a couple of days ago and it looks like I'll going to have to try canceling it after reading customer after customer complain about missing, canceled, or severely delayed orders. I'm extremely disappointed.
