The reviews are right! Don’t go in unless your prepared to get a bad attitude. This is supposed to be a kid friendly environment, instead it’s everything BUT! Rude employees every time I go in, I have the worst luck running into the thin girl, with white complexion (Hispanic) with acne. Always has a stank uninterested face like she cannot comprehend what I am saying to her. But since I am a regular shopper with children’s place, I’m forced to shop online now.
I order online most of the time, but i went to this store, the reviews are right, the employees are rude. they look like they dont want to work there . they need to hire friendly employees. last time i go there.
Smh!!! Placed an order for pick up..I never received a confirmation about the order so I called and was spoken to very rudely.. So today I went in to pick up the ordered and it was CANCELED!!!! BUT WHY???? Again Isamor, very rude who stated she was manager didnt know company policy apparently... The most incompetent and poorly managed stores I have seen in a long time.. Its sad when the assistant manager cannot even read!!!
