Do not shop here!! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. ANAHI & MARIA who both claim to be managers are HORRIBLE CASHIERS!! THEY LACK INTELLIGANCE, UNDERSTANDING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE & I will be filing a formal written complaint with Corporate. You do not be rude to customers who are spending their money at the store!! THEY SHOULD BE FIRED!
This review is about the company rather than the location itself. I ordered more than $200 worth of items online, and when the box was delivered to me, it was completely ripped open, appeared to have been re-taped at some point, and was completely empty when I contacted the children’s place and sent pictures of everything, they replied with an email that stated since they sent the items to me, they could not refund me for all of the missing items and to please contact my Payment institution to dispute the funds.
