On August 1st which is tax-free month in Florida I made a purchase and I was charged tax. The cashier at the time said that she could not change anything and to call customer service I spoke to customer service who told me to call the store manager. I spoke to the store manager who said there's nothing that can be done unless I travel all the way from Tampa to Jacksonville with my receipt in hand. I really feel like this is a runaround situation and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is fraud. Beware!
Lisa was very unprofessional, I caught her being a thief and scanning clothes behind the counter as if I did not noticed, even the cashier next to her saw her and was asking what was she doing if she was stealing and Lisa stated that it was her clothes. Then why are you scanning clothes that are not the one customer is purchasing. I love the children’s place! Great selection of clothes for my one year old daughter and nine year old son. The staff always goes above and beyond to help me locate my kids size. Mobile orders are always ready and a quick in and out.
The best place to shop
Latrell D. in the Avenues location is amazing. I had a late pick up order and she helped me. She was so patient and kind. The line was out the door but she still showed kindness and patience. She made sure my order was right not once but twice. She is very passionate about her job. I look forward to going back because of her. Customer service is key to a great review. Thank you Latrell!!
