Tried to return one pair of kids pants that I bought 5 days ago. Because it didn’t have the original price tag on it they would not accept the return. The cashier told me they have no way to look up the purchase without the original price tag. So in 2026 you can’t look up a purchase using the credit card? I don’t think so…
They closed the Tyrone store ao I have to drive to Countryside from St.Pete. There is one woman that I have encountered on 2 separate trips that is just rude from the get go, especially if youre doing a return. If she hates her job so much, find another one. Period. Customer service is horrible at this store. Luckly my daughter will soon out grow this store.
I had a great experience shopping for my Daughter! Laila at this location was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to help us find the perfect clothes for my daughter! Thank you Laila for going above and beyond!!
I met the nicest and helpful person who works there , but never seem to run into her again , I love the prices , ive been buying my grandson shirts and shorts now from there
I would prefer to put NO stars. I ordered some clothes for my Great Niece to be born on June 1st. It has not shipped as of yet. Not normal…5 days have passed . I’ve called the store multiple days, times and have selected all the different options, NO ANSWER from any of them! What kind of COMPANY is this?? I cannot get in touch with ANYONE!!
