Unprofessional manager by the name of Taisha who should not be a manager. I came into this store on 12-7-24 in the afternoon and everything was fine until I noticed this said “Manager” saying to another employee and I quote “You need to be faster because you’re going too slow and then I have to listen to people complain because I’m the manager”…thats the responsibility of a manager. I literally just picked up my order in store and the lady by the front was so disrespectful. I spent 380usd and change on order for my child and you are telling me that I cannot get a bag!!??? That lady needs to either get it together or find another job. I always shop at this location and most times I utilize the pick up in store because it gives a certain percentage off when you do.
I went here in the morning both online and on the store door it said it was supposed to be open at 10am and it was not open. Waited until 10:30 and someone finally showed up but disappeared into the back for I don’t even know how long bc we left after 10 minutes of waiting

No space at all to come in with a stroller. Store is a mess and staff don’t care.
