I love shopping at the children’s place , however this location is horrible . The staff are rude . The manager is extremely rude. They were to busy talking to each other, whenever you asked for help they gave attitude. I’m assuming because I interrupted their deep conversation. I felt like it bothered her (manager)to help me . She answered all my questions with attitude. I shop at the children’s place often so I know what coupons and rewards to combine. Rude staff, poor customer service. No smiles. Need to address, won't be coming back.
The worse place ever employee allow their people to break in line and take their own time to serve others
I seing some comments here complaining but I have to said this is the best Children’s place. Staff are kind and help you. I was looking for uniform but they see short from those and the young lady was kind enough to call other stores.
