We had an amazing experience at The Children's Place in Roosevelt Mall, all thanks to Linda! We couldn’t find the size we needed in-store, but Linda went out of her way to help us order it online right there and have it shipped directly to our home. She was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient throughout the whole process. Her friendly attitude and dedication made what could have been a frustrating situation feel easy and stress-free. Thank you, Linda, for your outstanding customer service—you truly went above and beyond!

I went this afternoon with my son to pick up some pajamas and a few things he needs for summer camp. I forgot my wallet ( and with it, my store credit card ) but Kristy was super helpful and helped me complete the purchase since my info was already in the system. She also kindly pointed out where to find everything we were looking for. Five stars for her awesome customer service!

I was recently shopping for a friend’s children and Sindy was si helpful with sizes and putting outfits together! She was so patient and put together the most beautiful combinations! Kristi at the cash register was extremely helpful and patient as well! I will be back. It was a pleasure shopping at your Roosevelt Field store.

Went to the store this afternoon. Annabell was a darling. She was super helpful as I was looking to purchase a pair of sneakers for my niece's 4th birthday. The store was fully stocked and there was so much to choose from. She was truly helpful in helping me purchase the item that I was looking for. Thank you Annabell.
