I called this Children’s Place location on Nov 22, 2025 to add an alternative pickup person. The girl on the phone told me he needed to bring “an ID.” She never said it had to be physical or what type. My daughter’s dad drove 45 minutes with my daughter just to be told it had to be a physical ID and not on his phone. That should’ve been explained over the phone before we wasted time and gas. Customer service was very very very VERY GOOD! I recommend Jocelyn's service!
Team Member Jocelyn was unable to help with my needs when I needed to do a pickup order and did not have my ID. She also called help from two security guards when I asked multiple questions on why that was when my name and address match on the order. However, it was an unpleasant experience, when trying to pickup my son’s two Sweaters. Very unprofessional manner as well as the young lady not offering to help with solutions.
