Team Member Jocelyn was unable to help with my needs when I needed to do a pickup order and did not have my ID. She also called help from two security guards when I asked multiple questions on why that was when my name and address match on the order. However, it was an unpleasant experience, when trying to pickup my son’s two Sweaters. Very unprofessional manner as well as the young lady not offering to help with solutions. Lulu is excellent at her job. She needs a raise and a promotion I came in shopping for 2 kids and she helped me with everything every step of the way from styles to deals
