I called this Children’s Place location on Nov 22, 2025 to add an alternative pickup person. The girl on the phone told me he needed to bring “an ID.” She never said it had to be physical or what type. My daughter’s dad drove 45 minutes with my daughter just to be told it had to be a physical ID and not on his phone. That should’ve been explained over the phone before we wasted time and gas.
