Don't go the montage mountain location, its not there anymore.
I don't know how the customer service is in store. However, I ordered online and never received my package. When I reached out to customer service Muhammad Azhar basically told me "oh well" to reach out to the carrier they chose to use. Needless to say I won't be shopping with this company anymore because they steal your money. Crazy
Erin was so patient and helpful when assisting me with my returns. I couldn’t find my order receipt on my phone and she tried her hardest to assist. Such a nice employee to deal with.
I visited the Children’s Place earlier today, and I was so impressed with my experience! The store was well organized, and I found the items and sizes I was looking for, all at reasonable prices. What really made this a most enjoyable time, was the hardworking staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated as if they knew me my whole life! They are very friendly, hardworking group, and I will definitely be returning to shop again.
Stopped into Children’s Place in Moosic and received the nicest greeting and service from all the staff. They are packing up the store for a move and they are working so hard and still providing great service. Great job!
