Cool of a manager to give me a dirty look because my 6 month old was fussy. Maybe don't work in a kids store if you're not a fan of kids. Also. Thank you so much for blocking the entire infant section with a shipment cart, hand truck and rack. Do better.
This is not the first time I have come to this store that claims it opens at 10am for it to not open until much later. Today my experience was amplified with a poor employee waiting for her manager to arrive, since 930am. I encountered this employee at 11am stating she just finally got in touch with her manager after messaging her since she arrived at the location at 930. The manager, Adrienne, arrived after 11am. I had a very unpleasant experience at this store due to the attitude of the manager, Karen. At all times she was unprofessional, following us around and telling us not to touch the clothes because she had already arranged them. Additionally, there was a sign on the wall indicating a 40% discount, but at checkout I was told the items were regular price. When I asked why the sign was posted, she yelled at me, saying that she could put up whatever sign she wanted and that if I didn’t like it, I shouldn’t buy the items. This typ... read more
