This is not the first time I have come to this store that claims it opens at 10am for it to not open until much later. Today my experience was amplified with a poor employee waiting for her manager to arrive, since 930am. I encountered this employee at 11am stating she just finally got in touch with her manager after messaging her since she arrived at the location at 930. The manager, Adrienne, arrived after 11am. I had a very unpleasant experience at this store due to the attitude of the manager, Karen. At all times she was unprofessional, following us around and telling us not to touch the clothes because she had already arranged them. Additionally, there was a sign on the wall indicating a 40% discount, but at checkout I was told the items were regular price. I’ve been in here a couple of times to pick up online orders and return/exchange things. It’s been miserable every time. Nobody working there is happy, which I get because I also work retail but come on. One of the workers almost ran over the lady standing in line in front of me with her wardrobe cart, didn’t even say excuse me or anything.
