Walked into the store and got assured immediately by the manager Karen. Great person with a friendly smile. I highly recommend shopping here. Prices and discounts are great, clothing quality is great. Check out was efficient with a happy attitude. I felt welcomed.
I usually have a pleasant experience with the staff here but my last visit i encountered a very miserable and borderline rude staff. I'm assuming she's the one all the negative reviews are about. A Middle aged blonde women who couldn't have hated her job more. Gotta wonder why this store keeps her on after everyone has the same thing to say about her. Rude unprofessional unhelpful staff
Cool of a manager to give me a dirty look because my 6 month old was fussy. Maybe don't work in a kids store if you're not a fan of kids. Also. Thank you so much for blocking the entire infant section with a shipment cart, hand truck and rack. Do better.
This is not the first time I have come to this store that claims it opens at 10am for it to not open until much later. Today my experience was amplified with a poor employee waiting for her manager to arrive, since 930am. I encountered this employee at 11am stating she just finally got in touch with her manager after messaging her since she arrived at the location at 930. The manager, Adrienne, arrived after 11am. She did not offer any apologies just snarked that the store would not be opening for at-least another 30 minutes... read more
