If I could give negative stars, I would. These employees do not have general respect for there customers. First time I went in to return an online item, an employee told me they do not do returns at that location. I called the store the following day to see if the employee was being truthful about returns. I was then told that location does, in fact, do returns. Store is never open on time. Hours say 10am open time we went at 10:45am walked around came back at 11am still not open. Seen a work asked what time they are opening they stated not sure management is never on time and shows when ever they want to. In all honesty this store has went way downhill and just needs closed.
Really helpful and friendly staff. I felt very welcome. They resolved my online purchase issues with no problem. Had an online size issue; they handled my issues with no problems. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
I worked here recently. I rarely had a day off because id be the only one to come in and cover shifts. No big deal. However id have to stay late or come in early because people never got their work done. Several workers tried to tell the store manager how the assistant never worked and never got anything done but the store manager looked the other way because they were friends. Its no wonder why people keep quiting. Also my pay was so low and they kept messing around and wouldnt put in what they said they would pay me. Also ... read more
