Don't order here if ur package gets lost or stolen they won't help u at all
Tried to cancel an order that wasn't even shipped yet and they said it was too late. Then when took it back to the store they made me wait 3 more days for my refund. Terrible customer service.
Worst customer service ever. If you order something and it gets sent to the wrong address, you still have to pay for it. Yes! Paying for a shipment that was stolen from you. Will never shop/order from The Children's Place again. *Was a long time customer* Choose Amazon!
They told me the rewards phone number don't work they had me waiting to help me ring. Didn't like the customer service I didn't feel welcome or helped
