Horrible customer service, 3 obese rude female employees refused service to my wife and daughter today. Yelling at them publicly across the store because they stepped in with no mask on. They refused to let my wife complete her purchase after she explained she could not wear a mask due to underlying health issues.
There waiting over an hour today when they were suppose to open at 11 am. 12:10 I left. I called the Albany, Ga store and they called the manager. They wont open today and has no information regarding this at the store. Corporate is closed right now. I'm definitely calling about this unprofessionalism. How can you not let customers know you wont open? I rather just drive to Tifton or Albany!
