This store had a very dirty dressing room and everything was cluttered. The lady who checked me out was rude and unhelpful. Very bad experience.
If I could give a zero I would, You can't change address on order if you make a mistake. Ok cool they tell you after you get tracking you can call delivery and request to send package right back... FedEx said they can't because it's smartship! So package goes to old address n you still have to pay! Worst part they tell you they will put in to cancel in the beginning just reorder. No wonder this store has such poor rating and negative reviews and I am here to add another one. The store has the most awful manager ive ever come across. She literally hung up on me while i was explaining my concern. The employees are soo rude. As much as i love childrens place for their clothing, i would have to end shopping here because of the management and staff at this store. Such a shame. The store needs to change their wntire staff and hire new people!
An employee addressed my 5 year daughter extremely rude and then when I let her know that she will not be talking to my daughter disrespectfully she told me, “what you going to do about it?” as well as other inappropriate things. The store was full of parents and children. I have multiple witnesses and proof as well.
