I have placed 2 orders of multiple things from them and only to receive 1 item from them from the first order. The items say they were shipped out but are sitting at the same location they have been for weeks now. I have tried calling several times to the customer service only to be hung up on. I have ordered 2 shirts online back in May. Just recieved the wrong order in the mail at the end of June. I have emailed and called numerous times. The customer service number, will state they are experiencing high call volume no matter the time of day and it will hang up. no reply either from email.
Please do not shop at the Friendly Center store. We have had a bad experience, especially with their return policy. Items over a nominal value are not eligible for return without receipt (what do you do about gifts?), the staff is very unhelpful and not very understanding of customer service issues and in our opinion the quality of the clothing is suspect when considering the cost.

GREAT sales associates! The Four Season's Mall is where the best Children's Place in Greensboro is located! I have shopped there several times, and I have been so lucky to have one particular sales associate every time almost! She is helpful, friendly, and patient. The selection of clothing is much better here, and the store is neat and clean. The best part about the Children's Place is their great prices on clothing! This is my favorite place to find clothes for my children.
