Please do not shop at the Friendly Center store. We have had a bad experience, especially with their return policy. Items over a nominal value are not eligible for return without receipt (what do you do about gifts?), the staff is very unhelpful and not very understanding of customer service issues and in our opinion the quality of the clothing is suspect when considering the cost.
