I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service my son and I received at The Children's Place in Goldsboro, NC. From the moment we walked in, Pam greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect fit for my little guy. I went into The Children’s Place today to pick-up an online order and exchange it for other approved colors for my daughter’s school. Pam was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. She was extremely helpful and knew exactly what colors were approved/disapproved for my child’s school. She worked vigilantly to return/exchange my purchases and helped me order items online that weren’t in the store. She was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I had a great experience and will definitely be shopping there again.
Went in on Monday July 13th and had the absolute best experience. Mrs. Kristi and Mrs. Sharine helped in more ways then one. I went in looking for shorts to fit my 5 year old that is tall but skinny with no hips or butt what so ever, I tried a few pairs on him and was about to give up. They searched high and low and I was able to walk out with 7 pair of shorts, a handful of shirts and a very happy boy. To make matters even more exciting and wonderful, I only spent 70 bucks!!!!
