Nora at Children’s Place in Jackson Michigan is very rude. I’ve worked in customer service for 5 years and am currently a manager; I greet all my customers, and make them feel welcomed. However the experience my mother and I faced was extremely horrid. I suggest corporate chose wisely who they put in charge of their store.
