Suggest website be updated for accurate store hours. Store was not opened at 10:00 when I went and was still not open at 11:08 as I walked past after purchasing what I needed from another store. There is no sign in store window for opening and closing hours either.

First of all I have been shopping and placing online orders from Children's Place for years and never have had an issue until now. No one seems to want to help and I get the run around between Children's Place and the shipping company they use, LaserShip. I placed a large online order for a child with medical disabilities that I sponsored for the Holiday season that is in need. I choose to place my payments in the mail for The Children's Place and do it long before their due dates. I then receive not one, but two late fee bills in the mail (One in January, now one in April) I called in January to dispute, right away the late fee was dropped. Today, it was the total opposite. Turns out, my payment was received 1 day late thanks to the postal service. Looking more into things, the reason for the lateness could be because the due date for my payment was on a Sunday when the postal office is closed. My... read more
