Horrible return policy! My son received a pay of pants from friends for Hanukkah. They were too small, so I went in for a bigger size. Literally an even exchange. They said no, not without a receipt. What do you do if it's a gift? "Well, have a gift receipt then", is what the cashier said at the Tucson Children's Place. I wasn't asking for money, just exchange for a bigger size. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I spent over $200 in back to school clothes! The order says delivered and has a photo attached, only that’s not my front porch! When I initially reached out they offered nothing & told me to dispute it with my bank, which I did and the fought submitting the delivery photos which isn’t my home! Horrible Horrible Horrible. Purchased a few items couple weeks ago. Pants were a size too small. Went in to exchange for the next size up and they would not do it. I didn't want my money back, I simply wanted a size bigger. Again, these pants still had tags on them. Because I didn't have a receipt, the lady was rude & wouldn't exchange them. I can understand if I wanted my money back or the tags were taken off, however, I simply wanted a size bigger. It's policies like this is why Children's Place is going out of business. I... read more
