Closed at 6 PM on a Tuesday night. No reason or explanation. So much for the online order for picture day at school.
Bought my 8 year old son a pair of jeans, the very next day they ripped straight through the crotch and down the leg. Husband went in to return as he is back from out of town, since I’ve been busy with a baby and new puppy. Manager Bee or Vee and Lindsey told my husband he couldn’t return, since we waited too long…. it’s been a week and they said they were “too ripped”. Customer service is severely lacking at this location. It’s also hard to shop because it’s so crowded and cluttered, no room to maneuver a stroller or wheelchair.
I have shopped at this location multiple times, but yesterday I experienced excellent customer service. Crystal was not only extremely polite and sweet, but she gave me a few tips that I wasn’t aware of about my credit card. Thanks so much for your help Crystal!
