The store had what we needed for school uniforms. Staff quickly.got the line down during tax free weekend.
I placed an online pickup order to save time, but when I arrived I was told to wait in the regular checkout line, which stretched all the way to the back of the store. That completely defeats the purpose of offering pickup. To make matters worse, there was little to no air conditioning, and standing in a hot, crowded store with children was extremely uncomfortable. I visited this location to pick up an online order, and while I was waiting in line, my 3-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom. I asked an employee if there was a restroom available, and I was told there wasn’t one for customers, so I went next door to Lane Bryant. Thankfully, the staff at Lane Bryant showed kindness and compassion by allowing my daughter to use their restroom.
