Very rude, no customer service.
Finding available young ladies?
Customer service is not good. The ladies there were not helpful or friendly when I was making a return. Will go to justice or old navy for kids clothing from now on. Sales aren't as good. They mark the prices really high so when they are half off they are just ok prices. Not as great as it used to be
Just came to the store just to buy. Bought exactly what I needed and knew exactly what I wanted. Seems as though the 1 star reviews are from customers that act entitled or are complicated. Retail does NOT have to bend over for customers. Some of the reasons for the 1 star isn't even the store's fault.
Would give 0 stars if possible. What type of childrens store closes their bathroom to toddlers who are in potty training?! "Due to public health and Safety" if your going to do that just due to COVID then shut the entire store down. I had to rush to another nearby store for my daughter to pee. Thinking back at the lady who saw my daughter jumping up in down saying mommy I gotta go and her telling me no, I should have let her pee on the floor.
