I’ve known Ian for over ten years. We recently reconnected on FB and I noticed that he was in the mortgage business and was also down here in San Diego. Over the years we have purchased 3 homes, which means 3 different mortgages! I must say that not all lenders are created equal!!!!! Ian did an incredible job, was always available, and offered the best package. Our first mortgage lender was ok, second was good and third (Ian) was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Ian did a great job helping my navigate through my first home purchase. Everything went extremely smoothly with, and incredibly quickly, with no hiccups.
