My granddaughter absolutely LOVES Ms. Vickie and the Chi Shed. She looks forward to seeing her and other kids on Saturdays for yoga with the kiddos.
I love coming to the beginner yoga classes. The space is so relaxing and the instructor so motivating. I always leave feeling awesome.
The Chi Shed is an integral part of my weekly routine. Each yoga or reiki session is like a mini retreat for the mind and body during hectic daily schedules. Walk in, leave your worries at the door, and find good people, energy, and inner peace.
I am new to Yoga and Vicki has been absolutely amazing to work with. She's very optimistic and encouraging. Makes it easy to want to come back!
If you are looking for a place to relieve anxiety this is it!! Instructors are great and patient with you. If you cannot do poses they do you can work at what you can do
